Pergola / Gazebo Makeover

One of the projects we’re most proud of. It was a huge success. The biggest challenge was making widespread changes to the space while simultaneously focusing on the finer, more precise details of the makeover. From start to finish, it was fun to add both function and style, making this property even more beautiful.
Not only lining and insulating the ceiling we added new low voltage down lights, a fancy ceiling fan and extra power points then painted the entire structure in a bright modern white.

Decking Upgrade & Extension

The job was no easy feat. There was a lot of incorporation from the original construction which had to be either modified or replaced to achieve the end result. 
The goal was to secure the structural integrity while also adding a modern style with 3 unique areas.
With careful planning, preparation, and execution, you can see the unique and wonderful finished product with a cooking zone complete with outdoor kitchen & BBQ.  A dining area & entertaining area with built in TV and surround sound system.

Inexpensive Bathroom Makeover

A job done correctly and on a small budget. It improved the home, offering more functionality with an updated look, enhanced space-saving and ensured less future maintenance requirements. This was a challenging but enjoyable project, because it was an iterative process in which the client was involved with every step.
The makeover started in the laundry with new cabinetry and countertops then flowed through to the toilet where a new system went in with updated fixtures and finally ended in the bathroom where a new vanity was put in along with modern fixtures and the wall tiles were painted including the shower recess.  New 300x300 floor tiles were also laid through out the three areas.
